1. Types of Reservations

You may choose from the following reservation types:

a. Truck-Only Reservation (Refundable)
- Nature: Reserves your place in line for a future Arrow Motors electric vehicle.
- Payment: A refundable deposit, amount disclosed at time of checkout.
- Refund Policy: You may cancel at any time prior to executing a final purchase agreement for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Fund Management: Your funds are held in a separate, dedicated account and will not be used for operational purposes.

b. Merch Bundle Reservation (Non-Refundable)
- Nature: Includes Arrow Motors merchandise (e.g., shirt, hoodie, hat) bundled with a truck reservation.
- Payment: A one-time, non-refundable payment.
- Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of merchandise, this bundle is non-returnable and the associated reservation is non-refundable.

2. No Purchase Obligation

This reservation does not constitute a vehicle purchase. You will be required to enter into a separate Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement when the vehicle becomes available. Arrow Motors does not guarantee delivery timelines, final pricing, vehicle specifications, or production dates.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. Businesses may reserve on behalf of authorized representatives.

4. Communications

By reserving, you consent to receive email updates regarding your reservation status, vehicle development, and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Modifications

Arrow Motors reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the reservation program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Reservation Abandonment

To abandon your reservation, please send an email to info@arrow-trucks.com with the subject line 'Reservation Abandonment'. Your request must include your full name and reservation number. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund in accordance with the terms of your reservation type.
